Sort an issue's activity in the old issue view

We're rolling out a new issue view for Jira Service Management, with one consistent screen to view and edit issues. It looks a little different and some procedures have changed slightly. Learn more about the new issue view.

Depending on what you want to see, you can sort an issue’s activity – either by most recent first, or oldest first. You can switch back and forth between the two at any time.

To sort an issue’s activity:

  1. Go to the issue you want to see activity for.

  2. Scroll down to the Activity section.

  3. Select Oldest first or Newest first.
