Change global customer permissions
If you're a Jira admin, to view or change global customer permissions for your site:
Go to Settings () > Products > JIRA SERVICE DESK > Configuration.
Look for the Customer permissions section.
Choose whether customers can create their own accounts or not.
Choose if customers must be logged in to be able to access and send requests.
