See the details of an issue using the old issue view

We're rolling out a new issue view for Jira Service Management, with one consistent screen to view and edit issues. It looks a little different and some procedures have changed slightly. Learn more about the new issue view.

The summary may not give enough information to complete the customer's request. For more details, look to the Description section of the issue. Depending on the information your customer entered, the description might be able to answer initial questions about the work.
