How changing language preferences affects default content

If you have changed your service project’s default language, there is certain default content we automatically translate for you. We translate anything that comes with your service project template such as:

  • default request types

  • default customer notifications

  • default email templates

  • default customer portal content

If you edit this content or add your own, you need to review and add translations for your custom content. We use yellow indicators to point out where translations need your attention. This way, you can adjust the text or add translations before showing them to your customers.
