Turn on customer feedback
Service desk projects collect customer feedback by default. Project administrators can turn customer feedback on or off for a service desk project:
From your service desk project, go to Project settings () > Satisfaction settings.
Turn on Collect customer satisfaction feedback.
Edit Question to suit your service desk. This appears in the resolved issue notification message that customers see.
When you turn on customer satisfaction, your service desk sends customers a quick survey when their request is resolved. They can also leave optional feedback for the team:
