Create a new queue

To create a new queue:

  1. From your service desk project, go to Queues.

  2. Click New queue.

  3. Enter a name for your queue.

  4. In the Issues to show section, select the required issue, status, resolution and label from the drop-down menus. You can also select Advanced to enter a JQL statement.

  5. If required, select criteria from the More drop-down menu.

  6. If required, select an order from the Order by drop-down menu.

  7. From the Columns section, update columns by dragging and dropping to the required location. This is the order the columns appear in your queue.

  8. Click Create.
