Change project customer permissions

Based on global permissions, a project admin can choose to open up a service desk to any customer who raises a request or limit it to customers added by their team. They can also choose to let customers share requests with anyone in their organization or only people who have access to the same service desk.

If you're a project admin, to view or change customer permissions for your project:

  1. In your service desk project, choose Project settings > Customer permissions.

  2. Select who can access the help center and send requests.

  3. Select who customers can share requests with.

  4. Click Save.
