Clean up unused custom fields

You need to be a Jira administrator to clean up custom fields.

To clean up unused custom SLA fields in Jira Service Management:

  1. From your Jira Service Management space, select Settings (), then Apps.

  2. In the left panel, under Jira Service Management, select Configuration.

  3. Under SLA metric names, select Clean up, then Confirm.
