Manage status page subscribers
You can manage who gets updates from your status page on the Subscribers tab. It gives you visibility into every subscriber, their subscription channel, and their current status.
To access subscribers:
Go to Operations > Status pages.
Open a status page.
Select the Subscribers tab.
Subscriber statuses
Each subscriber has a status that shows where their subscription stands:
Active: The subscriber is subscribed and getting updates.
Pending verification: The subscriber has been added but hasn't verified yet. They won't get updates until verification is done.
Inactive: Subscribers who don't verify their email show as inactive, and they aren't getting updates.
Unsubscribed: The user has chosen to stop getting updates.
Use filters to view subscribers by status. Each site supports up to 10,000 subscribers in total, including active, pending verification, and inactive users.
Subscriptions on private status pages
Subscriptions work a little differently on a private status page. Only people who are signed in and belong to the linked Atlassian group can subscribe themselves - the subscribe option only shows up once they've been verified as a group member.
Product admins can still add subscribers manually on someone's behalf. One thing to watch: taking a user out of the linked Atlassian group removes their access to the page, but it doesn't cancel their email subscription. To stop those emails, remove the subscriber yourself on the Subscribers tab.
