Analyze survey questions with Rovo
Once your survey has collected responses, Rovo can analyze the answers to each individual question and surface key themes and patterns, without you having to read through every response manually.
On the Summary tab of your survey results, each question that has response data shows an Insights button when you hover over the panel. Selecting it triggers Rovo to generate an AI summary of what respondents said for that specific question, so you can quickly understand the most common points, sentiments, and themes.
Example
Your team ran a survey after launching a new IT onboarding process. On the Summary tab, you navigate to the open-text question: "What could we have done better?"
You select Insights and Rovo summarizes the responses in seconds, highlighting that most employees felt the laptop setup instructions were unclear and several mentioned not knowing who to contact on day one.
You now have clear, specific actions to improve the process, without reading every individual response.
Get Insights for a survey question
To get AI-generated insights for an individual survey question:
From the space navigation on the left, select Surveys.
Select the survey you want to review.
Select the Summary tab to see an overview of all responses by question.
Find the question you want to analyze, then hover over the panel to view and select the Insights button that appears on that question.
Rovo generates an AI summary of the responses to that question, surfacing key themes and patterns.
Insights aren't available for all question types. The Insights button doesn't appear on questions that collect URL, email or number responses.
The Insights button appears on questions once response data is available. For surveys that are still collecting responses, you can select Insights again at any time to refresh the summary with the latest data.
