Fresh terminology for automation rules and components

An automation ‘rule’ is now a ‘flow', and a ‘component’ is now a 'step’. You may notice some inconsistencies in the documentation while we make this change. Read more about the updates in Automation

Assign work items from your queue

If you see a work item in a queue and already know who you need to assign it to, you can assign them by editing the Assignee field.

To assign a work item from your queue:

  1. Next to Queues in your space, select More actions (), then Queue settings.

  2. Select the queue that your work item is in.

  3. Select the Assignee field for the work item you want to add an assignee to.

  4. Choose the agent you want to assign to the work item.
