Add your service desk agents to work on requests

Service desk agents are licensed users who work on customer requests.

Project administrators can add existing agents from other service desks to the service desk. Jira administrators can add anyone to the service desk. Learn more about Customer permissions for your service desk and Jira site

To add agents:

  1. From your service desk project, go to Invite team.

  2. Your agent is added to the Service Desk Team role and receives an email with a link to the service desk project.
