Get started with Jira Service Management for agents
Learn how to succeed in your role as a service project agent.
Your project comes with a pre-configured cloud email address, to which you can add a custom one to link to an existing shared email address.
You must be a Jira site admin to add a custom email account.
To add a new Microsoft365 shared email address:
From your service project, go to Service project settings () > Channels > Email.
Select Other.
Enter the shared email address under Email.
Check the box next to My username is different to my email address.
Enter your Username and Password > Next.
Enter ‘outlook.office365.com’ in the Mail server field.
Select IMAPS in the Protocol field > Next.
