Set up an open portal
You can set up an open portal to allow anyone to access your portal to request help.
From the global settings, a Jira admin can allow open portals on the site. This doesn't automatically turn all portals into open portals but adds it as an option for projects on the site.
To allow open portals:
Go to Settings () > Products > JIRA SERVICE DESK > Configuration.
Find Customer Permissions.
For Can customers create their own accounts?, select Yes, by signing up or sending a request.
For Can customers access and send requests from the help center without logging in?, choose Yes.
In the project settings, a project admin can enable anyone to send requests to the project.
To enable anyone to send requests:
From your service desk project, go to Project settings () > Customer permissions.
For Who can access the portal and send requests to %your_site_name%?, choose Anyone can send a request without logging in.
