Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
Spend less time figuring out what kind of request types you need to create for your project, and instead get suggestions from Atlassian Intelligence. Learn more about Atlassian Intelligence.
Simply describe your work and what your team typically manages to see what types of requests you could create. These suggestions include some of your existing system and custom fields to help you get started!
This feature is only available for Premium or Enterprise customers that have activated Atlassian Intelligence for Jira Service Management.
From your service project, select Project settings, then Request management, then Request types.
Select Create request type, and select Create using AI from the dropdown.
Enter your prompt and select Go.
The suggestions generated by Atlassian Intelligence will only be visible to you, and will disappear when you navigate away or select Cancel.
If you wish to create one of these suggestions, select your desired request type and select Create.
