Customize a portal in your team-managed projects
As a project admin, you can:
change the name of your portal
welcome customers with an introduction
add your company’s logo to reflect its brand, and
To edit portal details:
From your service space, select Space settings, then Channels & self service, then Portal .
Edit the Portal name, Introduction text, and Logo fields as needed.
The portal logo will appear in notifications sent from your service space.
