Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
If you work in multiple service projects, adding gadgets to a dashboard helps give you an overview of your reports in one place.
You must be a Jira admin to create a gadget.
Follow these steps to add a gadget to a dashboard:
Select Dashboards and choose a starred or recent dashboard or View all dashboards.
Select … > Edit dashboard.
Click Add gadget.
Select Service Project.
For Service project report, click Add gadget.
Click Close. A report dashboard is displayed.
Click Save to save the dashboard.
