What workflow helps service desk agents resolve bugs?
If you have an external service desk, your service desk comes with the bug issue type. When a customer raises a bug, Jira Service Deskassigns it the Jira Service Desk default workflow. This workflow is the same for both Jira Service Desk and Jira Softwareissues.
