Get started with Jira Service Management for admins

This article highlights a new alerting feature that's natively available in Jira Service Management which is gradually rolling out to some Jira Service Management Cloud customers. It may not yet be visible or available on your site.
Custom roles are a way to customize the capabilities of the users in a team that handles operations by granting or revoking the permissions of your choice. Custom user roles are only available in the Premium and Enterprise plans of Jira Service Management.
The following table describes the permissions that you can apply to customize user roles:
