Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
If you’ve set up your Jira Service Management service project to receive requests from an email address, you may want to periodically check to make sure that your connection is active and that emails are being processed as expected. Learn more about the email processing and connectivity logs.
You need to be a project admin to view the email logs.
From your service project, select Project settings, then Channels & self service, then Email.
Under the account you want to see the processing log for, select View logs.
Select Processing log.
To find specific messages, search by email address, subject line, or issue key, or filter by status and date range.
To download a message as an EML file, select More () > Download raw email message.
From your service project, select Project settings, then Channels & self service, then Email.
Under the custom email account you want to see the connectivity log for, select View logs.
Select Connectivity log.
