Post stakeholder updates directly from incidents

You can use the Status pages feature within your major incident process and share updates directly from the incident view to keep communications simple.

Update stakeholders directly from incidents

 

  • Select Status pages below the related resources section in the incident view to add a status page that you have published. Only one status page can be linked per incident.

  • Once you select the arrow icon, the status page dialog box will open, and you can fill in the relevant details.

  • Select Send update to post your update, and it will be added to the incident as well.
