Manage your allowlist

Messages received from domain names in the allowlist are never filtered out, regardless of the content of the message. Add trusted domains to the allowlist so you'll always receive their messages.

You must be a project admin to add, edit, and remove domains from the allowlist. Learn about global and project permissions.

Add a domain to your allowlist

  1. From your service project, select Project settings, then Channels & self service, then Email.

  2. Select More () > Manage allowlist.

  3. Select + Add domain name.

  4. Enter the domain name (do not include @).

  5. Select Save ().

Edit a domain in your allowlist

  1. From your service project, select Project settings, then Channels & self service, then Email.

  2. Select More () > Manage allowlist.

  3. Select Edit on the required domain.

  4. Edit the domain > select Save ().

Delete a domain from your allowlist

  1. From your service project, select Project settings, then Channels & self service, then Email.

  2. Select More () > Manage allowlist.

  3. Select the domain you want to delete > Select Delete.

You can also prevent messages from domains or specific email addresses from being received by adding them to your blocklist.

  • Currently, allowlists only support exact domain matching. For example, adding example.com will match anyuser@example.com. However, it won’t match anyuser@example.com.au or anyuser@mail.example.com.

  • The allowlist does not currently support individual email addresses, wildcards, or pattern matching.

  • If a message appears to be spam or phishing because it fails DMARC sender verification, it will be filtered out regardless of your allowlist settings.

This page is for company-managed projects

If the lower-left of your service project sidebar says you're in a team-managed project, check out these team-managed project articles instead.
