Enable and configure risks to your changes with Rovo Ops

AI risk assessment is available on Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise plans.

AI risk assessment uses Rovo Ops to evaluate potential technical and operational risks for your changes. It provides a summary of potential risks and suggests mitigation steps directly on change work items. Read more about how Rovo can assess potential risks to your changes.

You can enable or configure this feature from your space’s Change management settings.

Turn AI risk assessment on or off

  1. In your service project, go to Project settings.

  2. Select Operations > Change management.
