Disable all email requests to the email channel

When you disable all email requests to your service space’s email channel, emails sent to the linked email address will no longer be processed.

  1. Select Channels & self service, then Email.

  2. Select More actions (•••).

  3. Select Disable all email requests.

  4. Select Turn off.

Email requests will no longer be tracked nor automatically turned into work items.
