Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
You need to be a project admin to delete a queue.
To delete a queue:
From your service project, go to Queues.
Select the queue you want to delete.
On the top-right of your page where you would see a list of issues in the queue, select (More option)> Delete queue.
Select Delete to permanently delete the queue.
The following content applies to users on Jira Service Management Enterprise plans.
To delete a queue in the queue settings:
From your service project, go to Queues.
Select Queue settings.
On the Queues tab, find the queue you want to delete.
Select (More option)> Delete queue.
Select Delete to permanently delete the queue.
