Delete a form from a service project

If you no longer need or want a form, you can delete it from your service project.

Deleting a form won’t affect any instances of that form already being used on work items. If you’ve copied a form and it’s being used in another project, deleting a form won’t delete any of its copies. Learn more about copying forms.

You need to be a project admin to delete forms.

To delete a form:

1. Next to the name of your project in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Project settings.

2. Select Request management, then Forms.

3. Next to the form you want to delete, select More () > Delete > Delete.
