Delete a form from a service space
If you no longer need or want a form, you can delete it from your service space.
Deleting a form won’t affect any instances of that form already being used on work items. If you’ve copied a form and it’s being used in another space, deleting a form won’t delete any of its copies. Learn more about copying forms.
You need to be a space admin to delete forms.
To delete a form:
Next to the name of your space in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Space settings.
Select Request management, then Forms.
Next to the form you want to delete, select More actions (), then Delete.
Select Delete again.
