Create a Rovo agent for your help center
To create Rovo agents for a Jira Service Management help center, make sure:
Your site has AI and Rovo enabled by your organization’s admin
Your organization is subscribed to a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan for any Atlassian app
Your organization is subscribed to a Service Collection plan
Rovo agents can help customers get instant, automated help from the moment they land on your help center home page.
Create a Rovo agent
To create an agent for your Jira Service Management help center, you must use Studio.
To create a Rovo agent:
Select Studio from the app switcher
Go to Agents
Select Create an agent in the top right navigation of Studio. A dropdown will appear.
Select Rovo agent
In the creation window, select Skip to manual step.
Under Default scenario, select Instructions, then provide a prompt for how the agent should respond.
Select Knowledge, then Jira Service Management, and add all relevant help center projects to link their respective knowledge bases.
Select Skills, then add up to five skills for your agent to perform.
To automate ticket creation for up to 50 Jira Service Management spaces with intelligent routing to relevant request types and pre-filled required fields, select Jira Service Management, then Raise a Request.
Select Test, then evaluate the agent’s responses and optimize its instructions, knowledge, and skills as needed.
Select Activate to publish the agent.
