We're updating our terminology in Jira

'Issue' is changing to 'work item'. You might notice some inconsistencies while this big change takes place.

Check out the default help center

When you sign up for a Jira Service Management site, a default help center is automatically created for your site

To go to the default help center:

  1. Go to Settings () > Products > Jira Service Management > Configuration.

  2. In the Help center section, select View all help centers.

  3. Select the help center that is marked as default.

If you’re on a Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise plan, you can create multiple help centers on a site.
