Audit logs for status pages

Audit logs provide visibility into changes and activity on Jira Service Management status pages. They help organization admins understand who did what and when across status page configuration, component updates, incident communications, and subscriber management.

To view status page audit logs:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com.

  2. Select your organization.

  3. Go to Insights > Audit log.

  4. Review or filter events related to status pages.

What actions are logged

Audit logs capture key user- and system-triggered actions related to status pages, including:

Status page management

  • Created, saved (draft), published, unpublished, and deleted status pages

  • Updates to status page URL, name, time zone, and appearance

  • Configuration changes such as CSS, HTML snippets, custom domains, and SSL settings

Edits made to a published status page are logged as updates. Draft logs apply only to unpublished or newly created pages.

Component activity

  • Updates to components on published status pages

Incident communication

  • Created incidents on status pages

  • Updated incidents on status pages

  • Deleted incidents on status pages

Subscriber management

  • Added subscribers to a status page

  • Removed subscribers from a status page

  • Updated subscriber settings

Subscriber actions are logged, but personal information is not exposed.
