Allow cross-site tracking or third-party cookies on browsers

This article highlights a new alerting feature that's natively available in Jira Service Management which is gradually rolling out to some Jira Service Management Cloud customers. It may not yet be visible or available on your site.

Jira Service Management uses cookies to render reports. In case you face trouble viewing reports, it’s possible that your browser cookies are turned off. To allow third-party cookies, please follow the steps below:

On Chrome

  1. Open your Chrome browser on your computer

  2. On the top right, select More ()

  3. Select Settings

  4. Under Privacy and security, click Cookies and other site data.

  5. Select Allow all cookies.

On Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge on your computer.

  2. On the top right side of the window, select More ().

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Cookies and site permissions.

  5. Select Manage and delete cookies and site data, and turn off Block third-party cookies

  6. Check that the toggle for Allow sites to save and read cookie data is turned on.

On Firefox

  1. Open Firefox browser on your computer.

  2. Visit Jira Service Management website.

  3. On the left of the address bar, select the shield icon.

  4. Toggle the switch at the top of the panel to turn off.

  5. Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site. The page should reload automatically and allow trackers on this site only.
