Add your service project agents to work on requests

Service project agents are licensed users who work on customer requests.

Project administrators can add existing agents from other service projects to the service space. Jira administrators can add anyone to the service space. Learn more about Permissions for your service project and Jira site.

To add agents:

1. From your service space, go to Invite team.

2. Your agent is added to the Service Project Team role and receives an email with a link to the service space.
