Add dependencies to a journey type
Dependencies can pause the progress of a journey by stopping subsequent work items from being created. These allow you to determine the order in which work gets done by making work items dependent on the status of other work items. You can set dependencies on specific statuses, or on entire status categories.
In order for dependencies to work, a workflow transition needs to occur. For example, a ‘Get IT help’ needs to transition from In progress to Done for the dependency to register; it can’t be created in a Done status.
