Add an agent to your service space
Space administrators can add agents who already have a license (e.g. they’ve been added to another service space) to their service space. Only organization admins can add anyone (new and existing agents) to a service space.
To add agents:
From your service space, go to Invite team.
Enter the agent’s email address and select Invite.
Your agent will be added to the Service Space Team role and will receive an email with a link to the service space.
