Send updates to status pages

With the Post feature, you can instantly post incident updates to your status pages. This feature will be released soon in the upcoming releases.

Settings to send update to status page

 

  • Enter your incident update in the provided text area. Select the appropriate incident status, and type the required message to ensure that the update is clear and understandable.

  • Select the appropriate incident template from the list based on the incident timeline.

  • Select the affected components from the list and mark them as partially degraded or experiencing a major outage, based on the incident’s impact.

  • Once you confirm the preview and select Send update, it immediately publishes your update to the chosen status page(s), making it visible to all subscribers and viewers.

  • Once an incident is resolved and you send an update, all associated components will be marked as operational. If other incidents are affecting these components, their impact remains unchanged.
