Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
Email templates can’t be edited if you are on a Free plan of Jira Service Management.
To access this feature, upgrade your plan and complete the evaluation period. If you need to enable the feature during your evaluation period, contact Atlassian support.
Use your service project’s email templates to send standardized messages to your customers.
To add, review or update translations to email templates:
From your service project, select Project settings, then Language support.
Select the language of your choice from the list.
Select Email templates from the sidebar navigation.
Add, update, or review translations in the text fields as appropriate.
Select Save.
Changes made to email templates can’t be automatically translated. If you make a language change to an email template, you’ll need to update the email template for each translated language. Learn how to keep your translations up to date.
