Get started with Jira Service Management for agents
Learn how to succeed in your role as a service project agent.
You can link multiple assets on a single request by adding one or more asset fields. Make sure you have an asset management app installed and that you’re logged in as a Jira project admin to add additional asset fields.
To add additional asset fields:
In your team-managed service project, go to Service project settings () > Request types.
Drag the Assets box under Create a field into the Internal fields form builder.
Name the new asset field.
Optionally, select an asset type to only show assets of that type.
Select Save changes.
Complete steps 2-5 again to add more asset fields.
