カスタム スペース テンプレートを使う

既存のスペースの設定を再利用して、スペースのセットアップ時間を短縮します。カスタム スペース テンプレートを作成できるのは Jira 管理者のみです。

カスタム スペース テンプレートを使用すると、次のことができます。

• 企業管理対象スペースの設定を共有する (ボードとショートカットがコピーされます)。

• チーム管理対象スペース設定をコピーする

Apps, Automations, Work items from the source space, Enabled features, Feature settings

Custom templates use the source space’s custom navigation (such as hidden or added views) and shortcut links.

企業管理対象プロジェクト テンプレートの設定をカスタマイズする

Custom templates provide more autonomy for users creating Jira spaces. Copying workflows or screens - including both settings and underlying schemes - enables those using Manage work item layouts and Edit workflows to customize settings within spaces that were created with custom templates. Jira admins can always change these settings too. This allows workflows, work item screens and layouts to be tailored around to the needs of those creating spaces with the template.

既存のスペース テンプレートを使い始めるには、次の手順に従います。

1. Go to the source space and select More actions ().

2. [テンプレートを編集] を選択します。

3. テンプレート名と説明の画面で [次へ] を選択します。

4. 編集可能にしたいスペース設定を選択し、[保存] を選択します。
   
   

新しい企業管理対象カスタム テンプレートを作成すると、スペース テンプレート設定をカスタマイズするオプションが提供されます。
