計画に除外ルールを設定する

このページでは、Jira Cloud Premium と Enterprise の一部としてのみ利用できる高度な計画機能について説明します。

An exclusion rule is a great way to refine and focus your plan to only include the information relevant to your projects. You can exclude work items from your plan based on any of the following criteria:

  • 作業タイプ

  • work item status, or

  • 割り当てられているリリース

  • 完了日

When excluding work items based on when they were completed, it’s important to note that your plan defines completed work items in a different way than the rest of Jira. Find out how completed work items are defined in your plan.

Exclusion rules only apply to work items from company-managed projects. Read more about the limitations of exclusion rules in team-managed projects.

You can add an exclusion rule at any time to your plan. When creating a new plan, use the Refine work items displayed section to exclude work items.

To add an exclusion rule in a work source in an existing plan:

  1. Next to your plan’s name in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Plan settings.

  2. 左側のメニューから [除外ルール] を選択します。

  3. Use the fields to dictate which work items are to be excluded from your plan.
