チームは、Jira ソフトウェア プロジェクトやビジネス プロジェクトでの作業を Atlassian ホームの目標やプロジェクトと結び付けることができます。これにより、チームは自分たちの作業がどのように成果につながるかを理解し、誰でも作業の最新の進捗状況の要約を把握できます。

Enable the Goals field in the work item

If you haven’t linked a work item to a goal before, you’ll need to enable the Goals field first:

1. Open a work item of the type you'd like to add the Goals field to.

2. Select Configure at the bottom-right of the work item (near the created and updated dates).

3. [フィールド] パネルで [ゴール] を検索します。

4. "ゴール" フィールドを "コンテキスト" フィールドのセクションにドラッグします。

5. [変更を保存 ] を選択して確定します。

If the Goals field doesn’t appear in the Fields panel, it means it hasn’t been added to your project yet. Follow this two-step process to add a new field.

Link a goal in the work item

1. Open the relevant work item.

2. "ゴール" フィールドが有効になっていることを確認します。

3. "ゴール" フィールドを選択します。

4. ゴールをリンクするには、次の 3 つの方法があります。

   1. [+ 作成] を選択して新しいゴールを作成し、名前と所有者を割り当てて [作成] を選択します。

To unlink a goal, hover over the goal you’d like to remove and select the X to unlink it from the work item.

プロジェクトを Jira の作業に結び付ける方法

Jira エピックを Atlassian Home のプロジェクトにリンクすると、両者の間にアクティブな 1 対 1 のリンクが作成され、両者の名前、開始日、目標日が自動的に同期されます。つまり、一方での変更は自動的にもう一方にも反映されます。

Atlassian Home から

1. Go to the Jira epic’s you want to link and copy the link in your browser’s address bar. You can also select the icon next to the work item key at the top of the page.

2. プロジェクト ページのサイドバーに移動し、[Where is the work tracked? (作業を追跡する場所)] フィールドにリンクを貼り付けます。

3. リンクを追加すると、このプロジェクトとエピックを同期するように求められます。

   1. プロンプトを閉じても、リンクの横にある鉛筆アイコンをクリックして [Sync with Jira (Jira と同期)] ボタンを選択することで、後からエピックと同期できます。

Jira から

Atlassian Home のプロジェクトを Jira エピックからリンクすると、両者の詳細が自動的に同期され、名前、開始日、目標日が両者の間で同じ状態に保たれます。つまり、一方での変更は自動的にもう一方にも反映されます。Atlassian Home のプロジェクトへのリンクを同期せずに追加する必要がある場合は、プロジェクト ページの [関連リンク] フィールドに追加できます。

1. Go to the Jira epic you want to link and look for the Atlassian Projects section in the fields on the right side of the page.

2. From the Atlassian Projects section, you can search or create a project in Atlassian Home to link to this epic.

3. 同期されたら、今後 Jira エピックまたは Atlassian Home のプロジェクトの詳細を使用するかどうかを確認します。

   1. 使用する名前、開始日、目標日を選択する必要があります。タグを同期することもできます。

How to post Atlassian project updates from Jira

You or other team members may prefer to stay within a single tool rather than switching over to just to write an update. Once you’ve linked a project in Atlassian Home, you can post updates directly from the Atlassian Projects section in the Jira epic.

1. 自身が Atlassian Home のプロジェクトの所有者またはコントリビューターであることを確認します。

2. Find the Atlassian Projects section in the epic page and select the field that says “Post your update”.

3. Atlassian Home のアップデート コンポーザーが開き、テンプレート、詳細セクション、画像、動画、文字カウンターなど、Jira 内とまったく同じツール セットを使用できます。

4. 更新内容を書いたら [投稿] ボタンを選択します。

You’ll also be able to view recent updates in the same Atlassian Projects section of the epic.

Goals can be linked to work items in the list and in the work item of your Jira project.

To link a goal to a work item in your list:

1. Jira プロジェクトのリスト ビューに移動します。

3. Under the Goals column, select the corresponding cell for the work item you want to link a goal to.
