Jira Service Management サービスを Jira Software に接続
When you connect a Jira Service Management service to Jira Software, incidents and post-incident reviews (PIRs) associated with that service will appear in the incidents feature. Once you remove one, the incidents and PIRs associated with the service will no longer appear.
Once you’ve connected services your team owns, you can add more or remove connected services.
Jira でサービスを接続および削除する
サービスをプロジェクトに接続するには、Jira Service Management へのアクセス権が必要です。
何も接続されていない場合にサービスを接続する方法。
From your project’s sidebar, select Incidents.
[サービスを接続] を選択します。
Search for or select services from the list, then Connect.
Once services are connected, select Manage services to add more.
接続済みサービスを削除する方法。
Go to Manage services.
Select the more actions icon () next to the service you want to remove.
Select Remove connection.
インシデント ページが更新され、削除されたサービスが除外されます。
