The Jira Cloud for Slack app allows you to connect Jira projects to Slack, see personal notifications, view automatic work item previews, create Jira work items, and interact with Jira work items — all from within Slack.

Jira Cloud と Slack を連携させる
- Jira Cloud for Slack を Slack ワークスペースにインストールします。
- インストールすると、Atlassian アカウントにログインして Slack と Jira をリンクするように案内されます。これには数分かかります。

メールの代わりに Slack で Jira の個人通知を受け取る
Jira Cloud アプリを Slack ワークスペースに追加すると、Jira の個人通知を Slack で受信できるようになります。

Once you’ve set up personal notifications in Slack, you can disable email notifications by going to Jira in Personal settings > Email notifications for work item activity.
Slack チャンネルを Jira プロジェクトに接続する
Slack ワークスペースに Jira Cloud アプリを追加すると、Jira Cloud プロジェクトから Slack チャンネルへの通知の送信を、さまざまな方法でセットアップできます。
bot をチャンネルに招待する
Jira Cloud bot を Slack チャンネルに招待すると、bot によってチャンネルとプロジェクトを接続できます。
Atlassian アカウントを複数の Jira Cloud サイトと連携している場合は、サイトを選択してからチャンネルに接続するプロジェクトを選択します。この接続を確立したら、チャンネルに確認メッセージが送信されます。

注意: この機能は、他の Slack ユーザーとのダイレクト メッセージはサポートされていません。
Jira Cloud プロジェクトと Slack チャンネルの間の接続を管理する
アップデートするチャンネルで「/jira manage」と入力して、サブスクリプション設定を管理できます。そこから [管理] を選択して Jira Cloud の接続を構成します。
Use the Jira Cloud for Slack app to provide a preview of Jira work items
When someone writes a message with one or more Jira work item links or work item keys (in upper case, so DEV-36 not dev-36), the bot will unfurl the message and show a preview of the work items. That way, readers of the message don’t have to go into Jira to understand what the sender is talking about:
Note: To unfurl a Jira work item with a work item key (e.g. DEV-36) in a Slack channel, the channel must be connected to the relevant project (e.g. DEV) via /jira connect
Interact with Jira work items from Slack (aka unfurling)
Whenever Jira work item previews are unfurled by the bot, you can take action on them by selecting the interaction button below the preview or the “More actions…” menu. That way, you don’t have to leave the context of the conversation to update a work item in Jira.
Access Jira work items without leaving Slack
Slack を離れずに Jira から作業を確認する手順は以下の通りです。

Create work items using Atlassian Intelligence
Use Atlassian Intelligence (AI) to create Jira work items straight from Slack messages and threads. AI analyzes the context of your conversations to craft both the summary and description, allowing you to create work items swiftly and efficiently.
This feature is available only for Enterprise and Premium plans. It requires AI features to be enabled in Atlassian Administration for your site and Jira project.
To create a work item suggested by AI from Slack:

If the Jira Cloud app for Slack hasn't been added already, we will add it to your Slack channel to enable AI-driven work creation. This app is required for accessing messages to generate the summary and description.
If not already selected, select Use Atlassian Intelligence to generate the summary and description to allow AI to generate the work item details.
The app will remember your previous selection and apply it each time until you decide to change it.
Fill in any additional details as required.
Select Submit to create the work item.
AI can only access threads within channels, allowing it to utilize the conversation to gather relevant context for the work item. However, it doesn’t have access to threads in direct messages and only uses the selected message for context.
The feature is not available when creating work items using the /jira create command.
Slack 経由で Jira にユーザーを招待する

Jira から

Slack 用 Jira Server インテグレーションから Jira Cloud アプリへ移行する

Jira Cloud サイトを確認したら、新しいアプリを構成して既存の設定を管理できます。
セキュリティに関する考慮事項
The Jira Cloud for Slack app respects existing Jira permissions at the work item level and at the administration level.
If @jira is connected to a Jira Cloud project with work-level security, you won't receive Slack notifications for work items with security settings.
