monday から Jira にデータを直接インポートする

monday から Jira への作業の移行が簡単になりました。monday インポーターを使用すると、プロジェクトを直接 Jira にインポートできます。これにより、データを手動で移動する手間が省け、プロジェクト情報の適切さと正確さを確保できます。

データのインポート

monday インポーターを使用してデータを直接インポートするには、次の手順を実行します。

1. From the navigation bar, select Projects, then Create project, then Import data from the sidebar.

   • 設定からこのページに移動することもできます。サイドバーから [設定] (⛭) > [システム] > [外部システム インポート] を選択します。

2. アプリのリストから [monday] を選択します。

3. データのインポート元となる、monday のワークスペースとボードを選択します。ボードを選択すると、選択したプロジェクトでインポートされるタスクの数が [About this monday board (この monday ボードについて)] セクションに表示されます。

4. [次へ] を選択します。

5. Create a new software or business project in Jira. This is where your data from monday will be imported. You can customize the project's name, access, and key type. Select Next.

   • The Key will automatically be selected for you. You can customize it as needed. You can also modify the project name and key later from project settings.

   • If you’re creating a new software project, your data will be imported into a Kanban template.

6. Next, review the details for your new project. The Review details screen will summarize how your monday data will be imported.

   • プロジェクト階層: monday ボードの構造が Jira でどのように再現されるかを確認します。

   • フィールド マッピング: monday の標準フィールドとカスタム フィールドが Jira でどのようにマッピングされるかを確認してカスタマイズします。

   • メンバーのインポート: monday のボードからメンバーを新しいプロジェクトに移行し、メンバーの作業割り当て状態を維持します。新しいプロジェクトに追加されても、移行したメンバーには通知が届かないためご注意ください。

     • 製品管理者は、既存のユーザーのみをサイトからプロジェクトに移動できます。新しいユーザーを追加するには、インポートを続行する前に、組織の管理者に連絡して招待します。

   • 添付ファイルのインポート: 添付ファイルを新しいプロジェクトにインポートするかどうかを選択します。

7. データのインポートを開始する準備ができたら [インポート] を選択します。

Jira で monday プロジェクトを構築する

monday インポーターを使用すると、アカウントから直接情報が収集され、同様の構造と階層を持つプロジェクトが Jira に作成されます。

新しい Jira プロジェクトでは、monday プロジェクトのデータは次のように構成されます。

• monday のグループは次のいずれかとして Jira にインポートされます。

  • ステータス

  • エピック

  • カテゴリー

• monday のアイテムは作業項目として Jira にインポートされます。

• monday のサブアイテムはサブタスクとしてインポートされます。monday と同様の階層を維持するために、各サブタスクは作業項目にリンクされます。

monday のボードをインポートしたら、必要に応じて階層をカスタマイズできます。

プロジェクトのフィールドを編集する

You can edit how the monday fields are imported into your Jira project.

The Review details screen will summarize how your data will map to the new Jira project. Select Field mapping to see how your monday data has been automatically mapped.

この画面では以下を実行できます。

• monday のデータのマッピング方法を編集する。

• トグルを使用して、インポートに特定のフィールドを含めるかどうかを指定する。

フィールドを編集する方法は以下のとおりです。

1. 編集するフィールドのドロップダウンを選択します。

2. Select an existing field from the options provided, or select a custom field type that best suits the format of your field. If you select a custom field, it’ll take the same name as your monday column type.

注: [要約] は Jira の必須フィールドです。変更したりインポートから除外したりすることはできません。

Any changes you make will be automatically saved. Once you’ve edited your fields, go back to the Review details screen.

サポートされている monday の列タイプ

Jira には 2 種類のフィールドがあります。

• 標準フィールド: これらのフィールドは「組み込み」、すなわち既定でソフトウェアの一部です。

• カスタム フィールド: これらのフィールドは、ユーザーのニーズに基づいてカスタマイズできます。

The data from your monday column types can map to either system fields or custom fields in Jira.

次の monday の列タイプは、Jira では次の方法で自動的にマッピングされます。

• monday のファイルは添付ファイルと Web リンクとしてインポートされます。

サポートされていない monday の列タイプ

次の monday の列タイプは、Jira のシステム フィールドとカスタム フィールドの両方にマッピングすることはできず、インポートの一部としてもサポートされていません。
