Create, edit, and delete work items on the board

In order to create and edit work items and subtasks, you’ll need the Create work item and Edit work item permission.
To delete a work item, you must have the Delete work items permission in the project where the work item was created.
Create work items for your board
There are a few different ways to create a work item from within the board:
Select
+ Createin the column you want to create a work item for in your board view. A text field will appear.Give your work item a name. This will be the summary of the work item.
Choose which type of work item you’d like to create from the dropdown (if your project has more than one work type). All level 0 issue types associated with your business project will be included, however you can’t create a subtask from the board columns. Some examples of level 0 issue types are tasks, bugs, and stories. More about creating subtasks
Select Create, or press enter or return on your keyboard to create your work item. The work item will appear in the column that you’ve created it in.
Another way you can create a work item in the board is by:
Hover your cursor between two work items on the board and select Create ( + ).
Give your work item a name.
Choose which type of work item you’d like to create from the dropdown (if your project has more than one work type). All level 0 work types associated with your business project will be included however, you can’t create a subtask from the board columns. Select Create, or press enter or return on your keyboard to create your work item. You can also select Create.

View and edit a work item’s details on your board
To view, edit, or add more details to a work item, you can:
Select a work item to open the work item detail view
Edit the work item’s details.
View child work items on your board
If your work item has a child work item or subtask, it will be nested below its respective parent work item regardless of its status.
Currently, the board does not support filtering by subtasks or child work items. You can only view child work items that are nested under their parent.
To view (or hide) subtasks inside a work item, select the expand or collapse icon inside the board card.

Delete a work item from your board
There are two ways to delete a work item in the board view.
To delete a work item from within the board, you can:
Select More actions (…) at the top right of the card you want to delete
[削除] を選択します。
Select Archive if you would prefer to archive the issue, or enter Delete in the text box to confirm that you want to delete the work item.
[Delete (削除)] を選択して確定します。
Another way to delete a work item from the board is to:
Select the work item you’d like to delete, to open the work item detail view.
Select More actions (…), then select Delete.
