Import data from a business space to a software space

Moving your work across Jira different types of spaces (business to software) just got easier.

Using the Jira importer, you can directly import your existing business data to a new software space. This helps save the effort of manually moving data and ensures all information stays relevant and accurate.

Jira インポーターを使用してデータを直接インポートするには、次の手順を実行します。

1. Next to Spaces in the sidebar, select Create space ().

2. From the sidebar, find More, then select Import data.

3. In the “Import from an app” section select Jira (business space).

4. Select the space that you’d like to import data from. Once you select the space, the About this space section will display the number of work items that will be imported.

5. [次へ] を選択します。

6. Now set up your new space’s name, template, access, and key. Then select Next.

   1. The key will automatically be selected, but can be customized as needed. You can also change the space name and key later in your space settings.

   2. The space type can’t be changed. It will match the space you’re importing.

7. Next, Review details for your new space. The screen will summarize how your business space data will be imported:

   • Field mapping: View and customize how the standard and custom fields in your business space will be mapped in your software space.

   • Import users: Bring users from your business space to your new space so they remain assigned to the work. This includes people fields, @mentions, and comments with attached names. These users won’t be notified.

     • ユーザーがインポートされない場合、報告者と担当者のフィールドは空白のままになります。

   • Import attachments: Select whether to import attachments to your new space.

8. データのインポートを開始する準備ができたら [インポート] を選択します。

The importer will automatically start bringing over the data to your new space in the background. You’ll see a progress bar indicating the status of your import.

You can continue to work on other things and return to the page to see the progress of your import.

完了したら、ページを更新して作業項目を表示します。

フィールドの編集

You can edit how the business space fields are imported to your software space.

The Review details screen will summarize how your data will be mapped in your new space. Select Field mapping. This is where you’ll find how your data has been automatically mapped.

• Edit how your business space data is mapped.

• トグルを使用して、インポートに特定のフィールドを含めるかどうかを指定する。

フィールドを編集する手順は次のとおりです。

1. 編集するフィールドのドロップダウンを選択します。

2. You can either select an existing field from the options provided or add a custom field type that best suits the format of your field. If you select a custom field, it’ll take the same name as your business space.

加えた変更はリアルタイムで自動的に保存されます。フィールドを編集したら [詳細をレビュー] 画面に戻ってください。

Unsupported business space field types

The following business space fields are not supported by software spaces, and will not be included in your import:
