ClickUp から Jira にデータを直接インポートする

ClickUp から Jira への作業の移行が簡単になりました。ClickUp インポーターを使用すると、ClickUp から Jira に最大 10 個のリストを直接インポートできます。これにより、データを手動で移動する手間が省け、プロジェクト情報の適切さと正確さを確保できます。

ClickUp からデータをインポートする

ClickUp インポーターを使用してデータを直接インポートするには、次の手順を実行します。

1. From the navigation bar, select Spaces, then Create space, then Import data from the sidebar.

   • 設定からこのページに移動することもできます。サイドバーから [設定] (⛭) > [システム] > [外部システム インポート] を選択します。

2. アプリのリストから [ClickUp] を選択します。

3. OAuth 画面で「ワークスペースを接続」を選択して、ClickUp アカウントにアクセスできるようにします。

4. Select where you’d like to import your data from. First select your ClickUp Workspace, Space, then Lists (up to 10).

   • リストを選択すると、「ClickUp プロジェクトについて」セクションにインポートされる作業項目の数が表示されます。

5. [次へ] を選択します。

6. Create a new space in Jira. This is where your data from ClickUp will be imported. You can customize the name of the space, its access, and key type. Then select Next.

   • The Key will automatically be selected for you. You can customize it as needed. You can also modify the space name and key later from your space settings.

   • If you’re creating a new software space, your data will be imported into a kanban template.

7. Next, review the details for your new space. The Review details screen will summarize how your ClickUp data will be imported.

   • Space hierarchy: View how the ClickUp Lists will be structured in Jira.

   • Import users: You can choose to import user data such as assignees, mentions, and people to your new space.

     • App admins can only move existing users from the site into the space. To add new users, contact an organization admin to invite them before proceeding with the import.

   • Import attachments: You can choose to import attachments to your new space.

   • Import comments: You can choose to import comments to your new space.

8. Select Import when you’re ready to start creating your new space and importing data.

インポーターはバックグラウンドで自動的に ClickUp からのデータの移動を開始します。 その間、画面上部でインポートの進捗を確認しながら、他の作業を続けることができます。

Once the data is imported, refresh the page to see the work items on your board.

ClickUp のインポート時間とレート制限

Jira でデータを構造化する

When you use the ClickUp importer, it directly pulls information from your account and creates a space in Jira with a similar structure and hierarchy.

Jira では、ClickUp データは次のように構造化されます。

• ステータスは ステータスとしてインポートされます。

• リストはエピックおよび作業項目としてインポートされます。

• タスクはタスクとしてインポートされます。 各サブタスクとネストされたサブタスクは、それぞれの親タスクにリンクされたサブタスクとしてインポートされます。

ステータスをカスタマイズする

We’ll automatically map your ClickUp statuses to a Jira status — To Do, In Progress, or Done. You can select a status from the list, or add a new custom status for future use.

新しいステータスを選択または追加するには、次の手順に従います。

1. Select the dropdown of the status you want to change.

2. リストからステータスを選択するか、追加する新しいステータスの名前を入力します。

   1. 入力を開始して検索することもできます。

3. 目的のステータスを選択します。

4. If you added a new status, confirm the Status name and Status category, then select Add. Read about statuses

5. You should now see your newly added status in the dropdown field.

Edit fields in your Jira space

ClickUp フィールドを Jira にインポートする方法をカスタマイズできます。

The review screen will summarize how your data will be mapped to the new space. Select Field mapping — this screen will show how your ClickUp data is automatically mapped.

ここでは次を実行できます。

• ClickUp データのマッピング方法を変更する。

• トグル ボタンを使用して、特定のフィールドをインポートに含めないように選択する。

フィールドをカスタマイズする方法。

1. 編集するフィールドのドロップダウンを選択します。

2. 提供されているオプションから既存のフィールドを選択するか、フィールドの形式に最適なカスタム フィールドを選択することができます。カスタム フィールドを選択すると、ClickUp フィールドと同じ名前が付けられます。

フィールドをカスタマイズしたら、[Back to review details (戻って詳細を確認する)] を選択して変更を保存し、戻ってください。

サポートされている ClickUp フィールド

Both ClickUp and Jira have two types of fields.

• 標準フィールド またはシステム フィールド: これらのフィールドは「組み込み」、すなわち既定でソフトウェアの一部です。
