Jira Cloud と Slack を連携させる

The Jira Cloud for Slack app allows you to connect Jira spaces to Slack, see personal notifications, view automatic work item previews, create Jira work items, and interact with Jira work items — all from within Slack.

Slack 統合は現在、Atlassian Government 環境では使用できません。

Jira Cloud と Slack を連携させる

1. Slack ワークスペースに Jira Cloud for Slack アプリをインストールします。 

2. After installing, you'll be guided to log into your Atlassian account to link Slack and Jira. This should only take a minute.

3. After logging in, you'll get a direct message from the Jira Cloud app in Slack. From here, you'll be able to connect your first Jira space to a Slack channel.

設定すると、次を利用できるようになります。

• Personal Jira notifications in Slack - Get personal Jira notifications in Slack via a DM with @Jira instead of via email.

• Connect Jira spaces to Slack - Get updates for a specific space in Slack via a DM with @Jira or in a channel of your choosing.

• work item previews - Automatically send helpful work item previews whenever a Jira work item link/work item key is sent in a conversation

• Create work items from Slack - Create work items straight from Slack, in the context of a conversation

• Interact with work items from Slack - Transition, assign, comment on, and watch work items right from Slack.

Slack workspaces are given a “Needs review” status until they’re approved by a site admin. You can still configure and use Jira from Slack until the site admin approves the relevant workspace.

メールの代わりに Slack で Jira の個人通知を受け取る

Jira Cloud アプリを Slack ワークスペースに追加すると、Jira の個人通知を Slack で受信できるようになります。

1. Slack で、@Jira 宛ての DM、任意のパブリック チャンネル、または @Jira が招待されているプライベート チャンネルを開きます。

2. /jira notify と入力します。

3. [Turn on personal notifications (個人通知をオンにする)] を選択します。

4. Choose when you want to be notified and select Submit.

Once you’ve set up personal notifications in Slack, you can disable email notifications by going to Jira in Personal settings then select Email notifications for work item activity.

Connect a Slack channel to a Jira space

Once you've added the Jira Cloud app to your Slack workspace, you can set up a Jira Cloud space to send notifications into a Slack channel a couple of different ways. 

bot をチャンネルに招待する

Any time you invite the Jira Cloud bot into a Slack channel, the bot will give you the ability to quickly create a connection between that channel and a space:

If your Atlassian account is connected to multiple Jira Cloud sites, select the site and then the space that you want to connect to the channel. Once you’ve established this connection, you’ll get a confirmation sent to the channel.

「/jira connect」と入力

In public and private channels, you can type /jira connect to quickly set up a connection between Jira Cloud and Slack.

注意: この機能は、他の Slack ユーザーとのダイレクト メッセージはサポートされていません。

Manage a connection between a Jira Cloud space and a Slack channel

You can manage your subscription settings by typing /jira manage in the channel you want to update. From there, select Manage to configure the connection in Jira Cloud.

Jira Cloud for Slack アプリで Jira 作業項目のプレビューを表示する

Jira 作業項目リンクまたは作業項目キー (大文字で記載するため、dev-36 ではなく DEV-36) を 1 つ以上の含めたメッセージを誰かが記述すると、ボットによってメッセージが展開され、作業項目のプレビューが表示されます。これによって、メッセージの読み手が Jira にアクセスせずに、送信者の意図を理解できます。

Note: To unfurl a Jira work item with a work item key (e.g. DEV-36) in a Slack channel, the channel must be connected to the relevant space (e.g. DEV) via /jira connect

Slack から Jira 作業項目を操作する (展開する)

Whenever Jira work item previews are unfurled by the bot, you can take action on them by selecting the interaction button below the preview or from More actions (). That way, you don’t have to leave the context of the conversation to update a work item in Jira.

Slack を離れることなく Jira 作業項目にアクセスする

Slack を離れずに Jira から作業を確認する手順は以下の通りです。

1. Find the Apps section in the sidebar with your channels and DM’s.

2. Navigate to the Jira app, then the Home tab.

3. ここでは、Jira の作業を確認できます (自分に割り当てられている作業項目と、自分がウォッチしている作業項目)。

You can unwatch or watch, assign, transition, or comment on any of these work items by selecting More actions () beside the work item.

There are a few slash commands you can use while interacting with Jira Cloud for Slack

Create work items using Rovo

Use Rovo to create Jira work items straight from Slack messages and threads. Rovo analyzes the context of your conversations to craft both the summary and description, allowing you to create work items swiftly and efficiently.

To create a work item suggested by Rovo from Slack:

1. Slack 用の Jira Cloud アプリをインストールします。

2. Go to a Slack message or thread.

3. [More actions] () を選択します。

4. Select Create work item from Jira Cloud.

5. Choose a Site and Space and proceed to the next step.

   • Slack 用の Jira Cloud アプリがまだ追加されていない場合は、アトラシアンがアプリを Slack チャンネルに追加して、AI を活用した作業の作成を可能にします。このアプリは、メッセージにアクセスして要約と説明を生成するために必要です。

6. If not already selected, select Use Rovo to generate the summary and description to allow AI to generate the work item details.

   • アプリは前回の選択を記憶し、ユーザーによって変更が行われない限り、毎回それを適用します。

7. 必要に応じて追加の詳細を記入します。

8. [送信] を選択して作業項目を作成します。

AI はチャンネル内のスレッドにのみアクセスできるため、会話を利用して作業項目に関連するコンテキストを収集します。ただし、ダイレクト メッセージのスレッドにはアクセスできず、選択したメッセージのみをコンテキストに使用します。

/jira createコマンドを使って作業項目を作成する場合、この機能は使用できません。

Slack 経由で Jira にユーザーを招待する

Jira Cloud for Slack アプリは、チーム メイトが必要なときに Jira にアクセスできるようにします。

Slack から

• Invite a Slack user, or request access on their behalf – If you add a Jira link to a Slack channel where user/s don’t have access to Jira, the app will prompt you to invite them directly (if you are able to) or send a request to an admin to give them access. Admins can review these requests in Atlassian Administration or directly in Slack.

• Request access for yourself - If a Slack user receives a Jira link but doesn’t have access to Jira, the app will allow them to request access to Jira. Admins can review these requests in Atlassian Administration or directly in Slack.

Jira から

When inviting users to Jira from the Jira UI, you can invite teammates directly from your Slack Workspace. Go to People, then select Invite a teammate. Then Connect teammates from, then select Slack.

Slack 用 Jira Server インテグレーションから Jira Cloud アプリへ移行する

Jira Cloud サイトですでに Webhook に基づいて Jira Server インテグレーションをセットアップしている場合は、次の手順に従って Jira Cloud アプリに切り替えます。

1. Go to your-slack-team.slack.com/apps/manage and choose Jira Server.

2. For each configuration you want to remove, select the pencil icon and then choose Disable or Remove in the top-right corner.

3. Go to https://slack.atlassian.com and select Add to Slack to install the new Jira Cloud for Slack app.

4. インストール手順に従って新しいアプリをセットアップします。

Jira Cloud サイトを確認したら、新しいアプリを構成して既存の設定を管理できます。

セキュリティに関する考慮事項

Jira Cloud for Slack アプリは、作業項目レベルと管理レベルにおいて、既存の Jira 権限を優先します。

• If @jira is connected to a Jira Cloud space with work-level security, you won't receive Slack notifications for work items with security settings. More about security schemes.

• To connect with the Jira Cloud app, your site administrator needs to enable it at https://<instancename>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/jira-slack-integration/addon-config-page.

If the app is not enabled, you may see a message such as: "Connecting with this Jira Cloud instance was disabled by administrator".
