Jira の作業を Atlassian ホームのゴールやプロジェクトにリンクする

Teams can connect their work to their Jira work to their Atlassian goals and projects.

Atlassian Projects are communication tools that bring project links, context, and weekly updates into a single page so anyone can follow along. These are different from Jira projects, where teams manage and track work items directly.

When you connect your Jira work to Atlassian projects and goals, you connect day‑to‑day execution with strategy, so teams see how their work drives outcomes and can track up‑to‑date progress at a glance.

作業項目で "目標" フィールドを有効にする

これまで作業項目を目標にリンクしたことがない場合は、次のように "目標" フィールドを有効にする必要があります。

1. "ゴール" フィールドを追加するタイプの作業項目を開きます。

2. 作業項目の右下 (作成日と更新日の近く) にある [設定] を選択します。

3. [フィールド] パネルで [ゴール] を検索します。

作業項目でゴールをリンクする

1. 関連する作業項目を開きます。

2. Check that the Goals field is enabled.

3. "ゴール" フィールドを選択します。

4. ゴールをリンクするには、次の 3 つの方法があります。

   1. [+ 作成] を選択して新しいゴールを作成し、名前と所有者を割り当てて [作成] を選択します。

   2. ゴールを検索し、キーボードの Enter キーを押します。

   3. ゴールへのリンクを貼り付けて、[追加] を選択します。

5. Optionally, repeat these steps for any additional goals you want to add.

目的のリンクを解除するには、削除する目的にカーソルを合わせて、[X] を選択して作業項目とのリンクを解除します。

プロジェクトを Jira の作業に結び付ける方法

When you link a parent-level work item in Jira to a project in Atlassian Home, any changes to the name or dates in one will automatically update in the other.

If you need to connect several parent-level work items or other work items to a single goal, progress won’t be automatically calculated across all of them. Instead, you can use sub‑goals to represent each piece of work and track their progress.

1. Go to the parent-level work item you want to link and copy the link in your browser’s address bar. You can also select the icon next to the work item key at the top of the page.

2. プロジェクト ページのサイドバーに移動し、[Where is the work tracked? (作業を追跡する場所)] フィールドにリンクを貼り付けます。

3. After adding the link, you’ll be prompted to sync this project with that parent-level work item.

   1. If you dismiss the prompt, you can still sync with it later by clicking the pencil icon next to the link and selecting the Sync with Jira button.

Jira から

Linking a project in Atlassian Home from the parent-level work item will automatically sync details between the two of them, keeping the name, start date, and target dates the same between both. That means any changes in one place will automatically be reflected in the other. If you need to add more links to your project in Atlassian Home without syncing them, you can add them to the Related Links field on the project page.

1. Go to the parent-level work item you want to link and look for the Atlassian Projects section in the fields on the right side of the page.

2. From the Atlassian Projects section, you can search or create a project in Atlassian Home to link to this parent-level work item.

3. Confirm whether you want to use details from the parent-level work item or the project in Atlassian Home going forward once they’re synced.

4. The parent-level work item and project in Atlassian Home are now in sync, and any changes will be reflected in both places. This will also add two additional custom fields to your Jira Cloud instance, which can be used for additional reporting:

You or other team members may prefer to stay within a single tool rather than switching over to just to write an update. Once you’ve linked a project in Atlassian Home, you can post updates directly from the Atlassian Projects section in the parent-level work item.

1. 自身が Atlassian Home のプロジェクトの所有者またはコントリビューターであることを確認します。

2. Find the Atlassian Projects section in the parent-level work item page and select the field that says “Post your update”.

3. Atlassian Home のアップデート コンポーザーが開き、テンプレート、詳細セクション、画像、動画、文字カウンターなど、Jira 内とまったく同じツール セットを使用できます。

4. 更新内容を書いたら [投稿] ボタンを選択します。

You’ll also be able to view recent updates in the same Atlassian Projects section of the parent-level work item.

ゴールを Jira の作業に結び付ける方法

ゴールは、リスト内の作業項目や Jira プロジェクトの作業項目にリンクできます。

リストにある作業項目にゴールをリンクするには、次の手順に従います。

1. Jira プロジェクトのリスト ビューに移動します。
