チーム管理対象スペースで通知をカスタマイズする

スペースがチーム管理対象であるか、企業管理対象であるかを確認するには、ヘッダーまたはサイドバーのスペース名の横にある [その他のアクション] (•••) を選択します。開いたメニューの下部に、スペースの詳細が表示されます。

Space admins can configure and customize email notifications for team-managed spaces individually. Optimize the volume of emails sent from Jira by sending users those that are relevant and useful.
たとえば、チーム メンバーが別のユーザーにタスクを再割り当てした場合、Jira は新しい担当者に通知を送信できます。また、スペースでは、誰かが作業項目を削除すると、ボードから削除された作業について、スクラム マスターに通知できます。

Jira Cloud では、作業項目に関連する変更をユーザーに通知できます。たとえば、誰かが作業項目にコメントを追加したときにウォッチャーに通知できます。

通知の送信先は、次のように選択できます。

When you delete a role, the notifications associated to it will no longer work. However, these notifications can be referenced even if a role is deleted, you'll just have to manually remove them.
Add notifications to team-managed spaces
スペースで作業項目に取り組んでいるチーム メンバーに対して、特定のアクティビティに関する通知を送信できます。たとえば、ユーザーが作業項目を移動させた際にスクラム マスターを更新する、作業時間ログが更新された際にマネージャーに通知を行うなどを実行できます。
To create a notification, you can:
サイドバーのスペース名の横にある [その他のアクション] (•••) を選択し、[スペース設定]、[通知] の順に選択します。
[通知を追加] を選択します。
対象の通知をトリガーする作業項目イベントを選択します。
この通知を受信するユーザーおよびロールを選択します。
Select Add. Jira will notify your desired recipients of your key work item events.
Edit notifications in team-managed spaces
チーム管理対象スペースでは、初期設定で、作業項目のウォッチャー、担当者、報告者に対して、作業項目イベントに関する通知が送信されます。
You may want to edit these settings to reduce the amount of emails Jira sends, or to notify more people in your space about key work item activity. For example, you might want to notify your Scrum master when someone’s picked up a task, or inform your space manager when new work has created.
To edit the notifications your team-managed space sends:
サイドバーのスペース名の横にある [その他のアクション] (•••) を選択し、[スペース設定]、[通知] の順に選択します。
Under the Actions column, select More actions (•••), then Edit.
ユーザーまたはロールを選択します。
[保存] を選択します。
Disable notifications in team-managed spaces
特定のイベントの通知を削除できます。
イベントの通知を削除するには、次の手順を実行します。
サイドバーのスペース名の横にある [その他のアクション] (•••) を選択し、[スペース設定]、[通知] の順に選択します。
[アクション] 列で、[その他のアクション] (•••) を選択し、[削除] を選択します。
[削除] を選択します。
