ボードでできること
ビジネス プロジェクトのボード ビューは、作業を簡単かつ明確に視覚化できるように設計されています。開始前の作業、進行中の作業、完了した作業など、プロジェクトの進捗を一目で把握できます。ワークフロー全体で、関連するステータスを反映した列にカードを簡単にドラッグできます。通常、ボードのワークフローは組織内の作業プロセスを表します。
また、作業の視覚化方法に対する各自の希望に応じて、優先度、担当者、カテゴリ別に作業をグループ化することもできます。ボードは既定ではステータス別にグループ化されています。
ボードは、スクラムやアジャイルの手法でよく使用され、ソフトウェア チーム以外が進捗を確認したり、ブロッカーを見つけたりするのに役立ちます。ボード ビューの使用を開始するには、ビジネス プロジェクトを開いて、プロジェクト ビュー ナビゲーション (プロジェクトのビューの上にある水平ナビゲーション) で [ボード] を選択します。
ボード ビューが表示されない場合は、管理者がビジネス プロジェクトのナビゲーションから削除した可能性があります。
Use multiple board views
If you’re a project admin, you can create up to 5 different board views in a project to meet specific needs for your team.
Saving the view settings (including filter, grouping, column ordering, collapsed columns, etc) of your board will be visible for everyone in the project.
You can also rename all tabs in your business and software projects (except apps).
For project admins
To create multiple board views:
Select the + Add to navigation button on the project navigation.
Select Board, then select Add to navigation.
To save or reset the view configuration for your project:
Apply view settings (filtering, grouping, column ordering, collapsing columns etc) onto your board view.
Select the Save or reset view settings button located at the top-right of the view.
For non-admin users
If you’re not an admin, you can still apply view settings on top of what’s been configured by your admin. You can always revert back to how your admin last configured the board.
To reset the view back to the default, select the reset button located at the top-right of the view.
