時間の見積もり (日、時間、分) とは何ですか?

時間見積は、ラベルが示すとおりに行われます。つまり「このタスクが完了するまでの所要時間は x 時間未満です」と客観的に示す推定単位です。スクラム チームもこれを使用できますが、カンバン チームが利用できる見積の単位は時間のみです。
